Integrated technologies

Greater efficiency, greater flexibility, greater sustainability.

The energy of the future will not depend on a single technology, but on the intelligent integration of multiple solutions.

This is why MTM Energia has chosen to evolve from a manufacturer of cogeneration plants into a provider of distributed generation technologies, offering its customers comprehensive, bespoke solutions designed to maximise energy efficiency whilst reducing costs and environmental impact.

One system, many technologies

We are ready to complement cogeneration with a range of complementary technologies capable of adapting to different application contexts and specific production requirements.

Heat pumps

High-temperature water-to-water heat pumps are ideal for integrating cogeneration into heating and cooling systems, enabling the heat produced to be used to generate hot water at high temperatures whilst reducing energy consumption.

Photovoltaic systems

They generate electricity from solar energy and integrate seamlessly with combined heat and power systems, ensuring continuity and flexibility in the energy supply.

Heat recovery

We recover waste heat from industrial processes or combined heat and power plants and convert it into useful energy: hot water, chilled water or steam.

Biomethane upgrading

Technology that enables biogas to be purified into biomethane ready for injection into the grid or for use as a biofuel. The process takes place without the use of chemical reagents, offering a sustainable, modular and efficient solution.

Fuel Cell (SOFC)

Innovative technology offering extremely high efficiency and low emissions, ideal for applications requiring continuous, silent power generation (without the use of moving mechanical parts).

Hydrogen fuel

Solutions currently under development for powering systems with H2-ready fuel blends, with a view to the future of decarbonisation.

Artificial Intelligence

Advanced control algorithms for real-time optimisation of energy performance and predictive maintenance.

Benefits of technological integration
  • Optimisation of energy consumption
  • Maximum output from every kWh and every kg
 of fuel
  • Significant reduction in CO₂ emissions
  • Operational flexibility, even in complex energy scenarios
  • Customised solutions for every production sector
